Climate and Temperature

During winter, cold winds blow from Siberia, which make Korea very cold. During this time, the temperature often falls below 0°C. Especially at night, in northern areas and mountainous regions, temperatures can drop from  -10°C to -20°C. Because of strong winds, the cold feels even more severe, which is known as wind chill.
